- 200 g roasted hazelnuts
- 30 g powdered coconut sugar
- 38 g raw cacao powder
- 1 small pinch vanilla bean powder
- 1 small pinch himalayan pink salt
directions
in a high-speed food processor, process the hazelnuts until it turns into a smooth nut butter
add the sugar, cacao powder, vanilla and salt. process again until smooth. transfer to a jar/container and chill for at least 2-3 hours before using
